Who is Dyl?

Rapping about crypto before it was cool. Still here.

Dyl broke out in 2015 with “Jordan Belfort,” a song that climbed to #25 on the Billboard charts and ran up as the top college anthem of the year — stadiums, festivals, 200+ shows, the whole arc. Most artists would've stopped there.

Instead he went and got early on crypto, years before it was a marketing angle. Crypto Rich dropped in 2019, and in March 2021 he minted the first-ever crypto rap album as an NFT — before “music NFT” was a category anyone had a name for.

Since then he's spent as much time building as performing: consulting artists and labels on Web3, speaking at conferences, and helping thousands of creators actually own and sell their own work on-chain instead of routing it through someone else's platform for a cut.

This site is the next step — his own independently-owned Web3 music platform, no middleman. Same idea that's driven everything since 2015: the artist should own the upside, not just get paid a fraction of it.
